Fire prevention services for Akershus University Hospital Trust

Description

The aim of the procurement is to cover Ahus' need for fire prevention services for existing buildings and construction projects. The contract will include, amongst other things, services for fireproofing, checks, inspections, and deliveries of extinguishants. The procurement is split into 2 lots, with Ahus planning to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer per lot. - Lot 1: Fireproofing and inspections of extinguishing systems for Akershus University Hospital Trust - Lot 2 Inspections of sprinkler installations for Akershus University Hospital Trust. Lot 1: Lot 1 Fireproofing and inspections of extinguishing equipment for Akerhus University Hospital Trust. Lot 1 comprises both first time inspections and periodic routine exceptions in accordance with the FG rules. The company would like to enter into a framework agreement for annual inspections and service of hand extinguishers and annual inspections of fire hoses. NS 3910:2020 will apply for hand extinguishers, whilst NS-EN 671-3 and NS-EN 671-1 will apply for fire hoses (pressure testing dimensionally stable hoses). For all new locations that are included in Akershus University Hospital Trust, and which are included as part of the framework agreement, call-offs can be made for first time inspections of equipment. The same will apply for a switch and installation of new extinguishing systems that are covered in lot 1. Lot 2: Lot 2: Inspections of sprinkler installations for Akershus University Hospital Trust. Lot 2 comprises first time inspections and periodic routine inspections in accordance with the FG rules. Inspection of sprinkler systems will occur in accordance with the FG rules within fire protection. For all new locations that are included in Akershus University Hospital Trust, and which are included as part of the framework agreement, call-offs can be made for first time inspections of equipment.
