Viken County (hereafter the contracting authority) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and maintenance of licences, software, and cloud based services, from Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix, VMware, and Veeam respectively. Furthermore the tenderer will contribute to efficient licence follow-up with proactive licence consultancy services.
