User Research Support for Registration Transformation Programme

Social Care Wales seeks to appoint a suitably experienced supplier to deliver iterative user research and usability testing to support the ongoing development of its online Registration application. The work forms part of the Registration Transformation Programme and will focus on testing and refining individual sections of the application form to improve the user experience for social care workers. The supplier will recruit participants, conduct remote usability testing sessions, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to inform design improvements. Research will be delivered in cycles, with additional sections included subject to available time and budget.
