The London Borough of Merton (“the Council”) has evaluated bids for Merton Libraries Self-Service Replacement Project. The requirement consists of 4 Lots. Lot 1 the replacement of existing self-service kiosks and integrated payment systems, which support customer transactions across 7 library sites, a solution for our handheld stock management devices and staff pads. Lot 2 the replacement of existing Self –Access Technology across 5 library sites. Lot 3 replacement Fixed People-Counter systems across 7 libraries. Lot 4 the replacement of Self-Service Tablets and docking stations across all 7 sites.
