25041 Provision of Estock for Cambridgeshire County Council Library service

The Premarket engagement is to gather thoughts and insights from the market to help aid the tender the Authority is looking to publish in November 2025. Please read the attached documents and provide responses on the MS forms Questionnaire. https://forms.office.com/e/igWgfvbtEa This tender is for the E-stock resources used by the Library services. It will cover E-Audio, E-Books, and E-Magazines & Newspapers. Spilt over a minimum of 3 lots, and would look to award up to two providers for each lot. This tender will not be establishing a framework, but contractual arrangements with the successful number of providers to maximise the offering to the Library service's users. The contract will be for initial three(3) year term with the option to extend for a further twelve (12) months.
