The Labour and Welfare Agency at NAV Vestland invites tenderers to a tender contest for the labour market measure ‘Follow-up at the Centre for mastering the labour market Vestland’. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/141377608.aspx The Centre for mastering the labour marked (Norwegian abbreviation SFJ) is offering work focusing cognitive therapy in combination with labour directed follow-up for people with light or moderate mental health problems. The follow-up measure shall consist of a job specialist team, with a team leader/a method supervisor and job specialists. The follow-up of the participants shall be an integrated service of work focusing support from a job specialist and work-oriented therapy from a psychologist, where the objective is to help the participant to employment and to keep regular paid work. The follow-up must follow the method ‘Individual job support’. Relevant participants to the initiative are persons who receive work-focusing cognitive therapy at SFJ. They have light to moderate mental health problems (anxiety and/or depression), they need support to get and keep regular paid work, and they request the support of a job specialist as part of their SFJ service.
