The National Development Finance Agency (the “NDFA”), a business unit of the National Treasury Management Agency, acting for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (“DHLGH”) gives notice of its intent to procure by Public Private Partnership (“PPP”), the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a number of further bundles of social housing developments in Ireland as part of the next phase of the Government’s social housing public-private-partnership (“PPP”) programme.
