Health and Safety Software Solution Pre-Market Engagement

Description

The University of Portsmouth Higher Education Corporation ("the University") is undertaking pre-market engagement to seek views from experienced suppliers on its proposal for the implementation of a comprehensive health and safety (H&S) software solution across the University. This will replace current manual processes, reduce overall risk and support real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. The University has approximately 3,500 employees and 25,000 students. There are five faculties comprising of various individual schools, and then central academic and professional services. It is expected that any user can access the software to report a concern or incident and raise a query. <br />It is anticipated that around 500 staff are likely to require enhanced access to complete processes such as risk assessments and inspections. A further 15 staff are likely to be full administration users of the system who can access dashboards, run reports and carry out audit or incident investigations.
