The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to establish the type of solutions and functionality that is available for the Digitisation of Internal Provision Services at the City of Wolverhampton Council. NB: You need NOT re-apply if you already applied as part of an earlier round of pre-market engagement in connection with this provision. Please ensure you have thoroughly read this Questionnaire document before deciding to apply. The Council is ideally after an award of contract to a single supplier for the single complete provision of the services set out in this document. The Council reserves the right to hold pre-meetings with any suppliers prior to being invited to a full demonstration session of your solution. Whilst potentially additional clarification may be subsequently followed up by the Council with suppliers following the receipt of submissions, any demonstration (if invited) should aim to cover the full extent of requirements set out in this Questionnaire and suppliers should be able to demonstrate that possess current implementation experience of the solution they are proposing, and if required, be able to provide details of actual current implemented case studies. The PME will provide an opportunity for Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) to obtain an insight into how potential suppliers might approach the delivery of this service, high level indicative costs, potential routes to market, and gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market.
