The contracting authority would like to procure an office suite and interaction tool in the cloud. Additional information: the deadline for asking questions about the qualification phase is 1 week before the qualification deadline. Office support and the collaboration system contain tools such as: — storage areas; — email, with email filters; — calendars; — assignment management; — document management; — spreadsheet; — presentation tool; — chat; — video meetings. It must have characteristics such as: — cloud-based storage and synchronisation/possibility to work offline; — platform independent; — document sharing and co-writing. The contracting authority has previously tested Google G Suite and Office365, and both of these would be suitable solutions. The contracting authority currently has MSO 2016 locally installed and will retain this for integrations with archive systems and other professional systems. The contracting authority currently uses Google G Suite in the education sector and will continue with this.
