This specification relates to the provision of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) services across Hull College's estate, as listed within this document, to ensure that portable electrical equipment is inspected and tested in accordance with current legislation, relevant British Standards, and recognised industry guidance in order to maintain safe environments for staff, students and visitors. The contract will comprise the planned inspection, testing and recording of portable electrical appliances across the College estate for a period of 24 months commencing 1st August 2026, with the option for the College to extend the contract for a further 12 months ## Contract award
