The contracting authority needs services in connection with the operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities owned by the municipalities. The named municipality will enter into a framework agreement for these services. The volume is approx. NOK 7 500 000 per year. The given value is an estimate based on statistics from own financial statements (2019). The figures are an estimate and are not determining for the amount that shall be delivered under this contract. The contracting authority Innherred Innkjøp is an inter-municipal collaboration between Steinkjer, Inderøy, Snåsa, Verdal and Levanger Municipalities, which was established on 1 January 2019. Inderøy Municipality takes care of the office municipality function, and is the formal employer for employees in Innherred Innkjøp. The inter-municipal collaboration is organised as § Section 27 collaboration with a board that consists of the municipality directors in the participating municipalities. The aim of the collaboration is to make rational, responsible, and efficient procurements on behalf of the municipalities. We are assisting Verdal municipality in this procurement process. There is to be no contact/communication regarding the tender contest with other persons at the contracting authority than the named contact person.
