Integrated Asset Care

Description

The Integrated Asset Care (IAC) framework will be a key delivery vehicle to provide core construction works and asset care services to Sellafield Ltd. The scope of work will cover but will not be limited to the main disciplines of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. These works and services will predominantly be delivered at the main Sellafield site; however, the IAC framework may also be required to deliver at alternative off site locations. The procurement documentation issued as part of the competition included additional information regarding the scope. A Prior Information Notice (reference TED 2020/S 165-401547) was published on 21st August 2020 and a Contract Notice (reference FTS 2021-477828) was published on 22nd January 2022. The award is for an initial four (4) year term which can, at Sellafield Ltd.'s discretion, be extended for one (1) additional year. The maximum duration of the award is five (5) years. The is a framework agreement and is subject to task orders. The estimated value of the framework agreement is based on assumptions of inflationary impact and the consequences of the indices that the framework agreement makes provision for.
