Provision of GYP Gender Services Clinic (

Description

The Trust has a requirement for the design, construct, test and commissioning of refurbishment of an existing 4 storey office building into a new gender services clinic including a new clinical room, interview rooms, kitchens, WC's and offices. This paper recommends the award of a contract to Storm Building Ltd. The new contract will provide the Trust with a supplier who will assist with the construction works involving the removal of existing finishes and removal of certain partitions. Installation of new partitions, MEP services including sanitaryware / IPS systems, partitions and wall, floor and ceiling finishes, supply and installation of group 1 and 2 FF&E.
