Car Clubs - Corporate and Public

Description

The London Borough of Sutton and in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking a multi-operator presence to provide residents with the widest possible choice and to increase car club presence as a cheaper and more sustainable alternative to private car ownership. There are currently 12 locations (for 17 vehicles in total) in the Royal Borough of Kingston and 10 locations (for 11 vehicles in total) in London Borough of Sutton, however the Council would like to develop the offer with providers during the term of this contract This operates as a concession contract with the successful car club suppliers retaining the hire fees, but it is below the concession threshold. Bidders should be able to support both the public and corporate users. Bidders should review the specification for further details of the requirements of this contract. Bidders will pay parking permit fees to the local authorities for the stationing of cars.
