Extension to existing NIBRT facility on site c.1.4892 ha at Belfield, Foster's Ave, Blackrock, removal of existing foundations and access ramp for previously located prefabricated building; construction of two storey extension to existing facility building to provide additional 1 500 m of laboratory floorspace and ancillary facilities. Resulting total gross floor area of building will be 7 985 m. Alterations to elevations, roof and internal layouts of existing building; hard and soft landscaping (including removal of existing berm); surface car parking, re-configurations to existing car park and new car parking spaces to provide an additional 58 No. spaces, associated ductwork for EV charging to all spaces; 2 no. bicycle parking shelters (total of 81.1 m); additional showering facilities within existing building, additional servicing and delivery bay; plant and services (mechanical and electrical, water supply, sewage disposal and surface water disposal).
