Procurement of Microsoft licences.

Description

The purpose of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement for the management of the Microsoft Enterprise licence agreement and other Microsoft licences and to ensure that the Norwegian State Housing Bank manages licence agreements with Microsoft in an appropriate and financially efficient manner. The agreement will support the Norwegian State Housing Bank's hire and maintenance of products and licences from Microsoft within an Enterprise licence agreement, as well as offer the purchase of individual licences or CSP licences as well as Azure consumption. The Norwegian State Housing Bank wants to enter into a framework agreement with a Microsoft LSP distributor. The agreement period is 3 years + an option for 1 year extension. The contracting authority also wants an option for any consulting assistance in connection with products and licences purchased against the agreement. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. See annexes for more information!
