Sykehusbygg HF shall, on behalf of the project owner and builder Finnmark Hospital, Hammerfest municipality and the Arctic University of Norway, undertake the planning of a preliminary project and the later construction of the new project New Hammerfest Hospital at Rossmolla. The contract is split into a preliminary phase and an execution phase. The execution phase will be an option for the contracting authority. The project costs are given in the tender documentation.
