Multi-Supplier Maintenance Framework (Lot 1 - Heating Systems and Lot 2 - Mechanical Ventilation Systems) for South East Technological University, Kilkenny Road Campus, Carlow

Description

SETU intend to form a multi-supplier framework for a heating systems maintenance contractor and mechanical ventilation systems maintenance contractor. The contracts will typically comprise of two scheduled planned preventative maintenance programs per year, follow up repair works, call outs, and emergency call outs which require a response time of 2 hours. The extent and scope of works will fulfil the requirements of SETU as they arise and will be agreed on an ongoing basis and executed subject to the issue of the relevant appointment documentation. The works will take place in South East Technological University, Kilkenny Road Campus Carlow, Summerhill Road Campus Wexford, and Arts and Design Campus Wexford. The duration of the respective frameworks will be 24 months with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to twelve months with a maximum of two such extensions
