Description

Depaul Ireland invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services across its property portfolio located throughout the Republic of Ireland. The purpose of this procurement process is to establish a contract with one or more competent contractors capable of delivering planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections and testing, reactive maintenance services, emergency call-out support, inclusive of out of hours, overnight and weekends, public holidays, compliance inspections and associated remedial works relating to mechanical and electrical systems.
