2021/994 Water-borne heating (ready heating) Tromsø Prison - qualification.

Description

A contract has been signed for Statsbygg's property Tromsø Prison for the supply of water-borne heating (ready heating). Our tenant, Kriminalomsorgen, will take out a subscription and be a party in the contract for the delivery of water-borne heating (ready heating) with the tenderer. Lot 1: The ready heating in this delivery will cover the same need as the current electric boiler: - Water-borne heating in the open and closed departments - Preheated tap water (1 hot water tank with preheating to 50 degrees C. 2 hot water tanks with heating coils that increase the temperature from 50 to 70 degrees C. Each of the hot water tanks are 600 litres). - Warm ventilation - The current electric boiler has an average annual consumption of 980,000 kWh a year and has an output of 600 kW. The average calculation is based on consumption in the last 4 years. The existing electric boiler will be kept as a back-up.
