CHIC Asbestos - Dynamic Purchasing System [DPS]

Description

This is Notice of an Amendment to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2018/S 057-126090 published in OJEU on the 20th March 2018. All other details relating to this DPS remain unchanged. The change comprises extending the validity period with a further 60-months extension option, reviewed at 12 month increments whereby the authority can amend (extend, shorten, terminate or re-procure) the DPS. This DPS remains accessible by members of CHIC to all UK public-sector bodies (potential members) including (but not limited to): • Housing Associations • Local Authorities and Government Departments • Registered Charities • NHS and Health and Social Care Groups • Emergency Services • Schools and Academies/Colleges and Universities • Libraries and Museums , including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. Suppliers can access the DPS on the following link https://app.panacea-software.com/chic/Login.aspx Lot 1: Category 1: Asbestos Survey Category 1: Asbestos Surveying. Including but not limited to all Asbestos Surveying services to include (but not limited to) surveying, samplingand analysis of asbestos to domestic and communal / commercial areas (both occupied and void) to therelevant current British Standards at the time of draw down. Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlightedabove. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 25000 000 GBP. Lot 2: Category 2: Asbestos Removals Category 2: Asbestos Removals. Including but not limited to all Asbestos Removal from domestic andcommunal / commercial areas (both occupied and void) to the relevant current British Standards at the time ofdraw down. Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlightedabove. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 25000 000 GBP.
