Description

To 2 no. vacant industrial units:<br />Replacement of existing built-up double skin asbestos-cement roof covering, trims, gutters, downpipes and rooflights with new composite insulated panels, rooflights and valley gutter systems. Including safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials from site.<br />Installation of single skin cladding to elevations at gable ends and insulated composite panel cladding plus single sheet profile to centre of elevations at gable ends. <br />Minor works to occupied industrial unit (Unit 4): over-sheeting of AC single roof slope and maintenance to upstand rooflights within.<br /><br />The works and finishes are generally to replicate that of Unit 1 Highbury Road external fabric upgrade works recently undertaken.<br />
