BT7 - Pest Control System Software

Description

Westminster City Council's Pest Control team receive on average 1970 requests per year, of which, before the reduction of service a significant number of requests were received from private customers. Currently the pest control team do not take on private customers due to limited capacity in the team and inability to take card payments. Currently, the approximate income generated by each Pest Control officer is £85k per annum. It is estimated if we created efficiencies through a digital system, it would enable us to maximise the team's capacity and increase this to £96k per annum. The new system would allow the commercial officer to reduce the administrative time spent and increase lead generation and time on securing additional business for the team.
