WGCD Framework for Fuels and Associated Products & Services

Description

WGCD wish to establish an All Wales Framework Agreement on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector. The Framework Agreement will cover the provision of Fuel and Associated Products & Services. Lot 1: Liquid Fuels The supply of Fuels will include but not be limited to: -Gas Oil/Bio Oil -ULSD – Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel ( Bio-Diesel), 10ppm Un-additised -ULSD – Ultra Low Sulphur Petrol -Kerosene -Jet A1, Helicopter – Aviation Fuel -Heating Oil -AUS32, or Aqueous Urea Solution 32.5% Lot 2: Hedged Fuels Supply of Hedged Fuel Lot 3: Alternative Fuels Provision of Alternative Fuels such as but not limited to : -G2L – Gas to liquid -Hydrogen -LPG - Liquefied Petroleum Gas -Ethanol Lot 4: Tanks and Associated Products & Services The associated Products and Services will include but not be limited to: -Fuel Storage Tank provision, -Installation of Fuel Storage Tanks -Re-siting of Fuel Storage Tanks -Tank Bunding -Tank Lining -Tank Cleaning -Tank Maintenance -Pump maintenance -Fuel Testing Kits -Fuel Testing Services -Fuel Cleaning -Fuel Uplift and Disposal -Fuel Uplift, Clean and Transfer -Fuel Spillage Response -Fuel Spillage Kits -Disposal of Residual Waste from Biomass Fuels -Disposal of Residual Waste from Solid Fuels
