Description

The contracting authority is seeking to enter into a 4-year framework agreement arrangement in respect of 13 lots dealing with responsive and void property maintenance in support of its direct labour operations and directly awarded contracts. The framework will require a minimum of 5 providers to be appointed to each lot. Bidders may submit for multiple lots and works to be undertaken during the duration of the framework will be ordered by means of mini-competition or direct award at the sole discretion of the contracting authority. the ethos of the contracting authority is to encourage SME Contractors on the Wirral and in the Merseyside area to become collaborative partners in the on-going development of the services that the contracting authority provides its customers. Tenderers will be required to complete a financial and technical capacity and capability questionnaire, this will establish those that will be selected to have a financial and quality evaluation of their tender. Undertaking of responsive maintenance on an all trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding Out of Hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 250 000 to GBP 500 000. Undertaking of void property works on an all trades basis. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 380 000 to GBP 760 000. The contracting authority will predetermine the priorities of each works order issued, further details are contained in the procurement documents. Undertaking of groundworks repairs and maintenance on a single trade, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 50 000 to GBP 100 000. The contracting authority will predetermine the priorities of each works order issued, further details are contained in the procurement documents. Undertaking of drainage repairs and maintenance on a single basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day and out of hours emergency callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 80 000 to GBP 120 000. The contracting authority will predetermine the priorities of each works order issued, further details are contained in the procurement documents. Undertaking of fencing repairs and maintenance on single trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 50 000 to GBP 100 000. The contracting authority will predetermine the priorities of each works order issued, further details are contained in the procurement documents. Undertaking of Roofing repairs and maintenance including chimneys, fascias etc., and rainwater goods on an all trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 50 000 to GBP 120 000. Undertaking of Scaffolding and other means of access on a single trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 30 000 to GBP 100 000. Undertaking of plastering repairs and maintenance on a single trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 50 000 to GBP 100 000. The contracting authority will predetermine the priorities of each works order issued, further details are contained in the procurement documents. Undertaking of flooring repairs and maintenance on a single trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 50 000 to GBP 150 000. The contracting authority will predetermine the priorities of each works order issued, further details are contained in the procurement documents. Undertaking of cleaning and clearance to communal areas and void properties, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 150 000 to GBP 300 000. The contracting authority will predetermine the priorities of each works order issued, further details are contained in the procurement documents. Undertaking of painting and decorating associated with repairs and maintenance on a single trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 75 000 to GBP 150 000. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 50 000 to GBP 100 000. Undertaking of disabled adaptations on an all trades basis, including emergency works arising during the normal working day, but excluding out of hours callouts. The annual expenditure will be in the range of GBP 25 000 to GBP 50 000.
