THE PROVISION OF BUS SHELTER MAINTENANCE SERVICE IN RUTLAND

Description

Rutland County Council invites quotations for the provision of a comprehensive bus shelter maintenance service. The appointed contractor will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of approximately 188 bus shelters throughout Rutland, including inspections, repairs, graffiti removal, replacement of damaged shelter components, maintenance of lighting and RTPI equipment, condition reporting and asset management support. The objective is to ensure all bus shelter assets remain safe, clean, functional and fit for public use. The proposed contract term is three years with an optional one-year extension.
