We expect potential suppliers to have demonstrable experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection, data linking, analysis of secondary data, analytical methods of impact estimation and benefits realisation, and econometrics. We also expect potential suppliers to have subject matter expertise in relation to productivity in the U.K.
