SCTS-2025-022 – Provision of a Customer User Survey The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service require a supplier to conduct a user satisfaction survey during 2025 in order to derive measures of user satisfaction with the services provided by the SCTS in the Supreme Courts (Court of Session, the High Court of Justiciary, and Scottish Land Court and Lands Tribunal for Scotland), all Sheriff and JP Courts in Scotland, all Tribunals Chambers administered by SCTS and the Office of the Public Guardian. This survey is expected to be carried out across 40 Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Court, 3 main business areas of the Tribunals, and 1 location for Office of the Public Guardian. These locations are located across all of Scotland, which is split into six separate Sheriffdoms, and include remote Highlands and Islands locations. It is expected that the successful tenderer will undertake the administration of the survey including data analysis and reporting.
