Please provide a detailed description of the notice you are adding: PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN SUBMISSION DATE TO THE 23rd June 2022 @ 4pm We are open to applications from freelancers / consultants - either as individuals or in teams - or from agencies to provide support for 3 months - estimated 2 to 3 days a week to NCS Trust for the following services : Evaluation planning and design - engagement with the development of evaluation frameworks, feasibility studies and plans for our programme from 2023 onwards Theory of change development - provision of expertise and insight, conducting analysis and reviewing evidence to inform the Theory of Change Quantitative and qualitative research support - including survey design and conducting interviews to support evaluation of our 2022 programme delivery.
