Lot 6 - Managed ICT Security Services DPS

Description

MTU currently has a 24/7/365 SOC and SIEM solution in place for Cork (previously CIT), this contract ends May 2023. MTU is looking to replace the existing solution and expand services across the entire MTU environment (including all Cork and Kerry campuses). In addition to this we require full operations support and maintenance with Threat Hunting, incident response and resolution capabilities. The complete Cybersecurity managed service must provide comprehensive capabilities that operate on a 24/7/365 basis via an automated and fully manned cybersecurity support operation centre, to collate real-time collection, analysis, investigation, response, and resolution of cybersecurity related incidents and if required by MTU, provide onsite support to MTU team during major Cybersecurity related events. The solution and service must demonstrate its capabilities for detection, response, and resolution across the entire MTU ICT environment, cohesively protecting said environment, including remote campus networks, cloud environment, virtual, applications, end user compute, etc.
