Description

For bidding companies to put forward proposals for a quality cleaning service for: Effective cover for staff absent that is not just covered by extended hours of site cleaners. Clearly defined cleaning hours that meet the routine of the school and that are adhered to by all staff (can be different for holiday periods) all on site supervision (working and non-working) to be fully priced and adhered to regular stock checks of materials, including review of suitability of products used. Regular inspection and maintenance/replacement of the Contractor’s equipment regular training and development/motivation of staff and effective induction of new staff cleaning schedule to be provided before every holiday period with, who’s working, their hours and what areas will be cleaned. The School comprises 10 buildings in total namely: Music Block, built 1998, 350 m2 Jubilee Sports Pavilion, built 2004, 500 m2 Art and Technology Block, built 2007, 1 700 m2 Business Block, built 1960, 200 m2 School House, built 1950, 160 m2 School Refectory, built 1960, 200 m2 Sixth Form Block, built 1970, 250 m2 Main Block, built 1950, 6 000 m2 Humanities Block, 1 250 m2 Sixth Form Centre, 1 500 m2
