Chwarae Teg are looking to procure the provision of the Support, Maintenance and Development of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Tenderers are requested to understand the specification document and ensure the specified requirements can be achieved. Your understanding of our requirements shall be reflected in your Pricing Schedule (Appendix 2). Chwarae Teg is looking for a D365 service partner that can support our D365 system both currently and in the future, but that will also add value through proactive recommendations and enhancements that will support Chwarae Teg’s future strategy and growth. The requirements set out in the following sections are intended to allow the Supplier to demonstrate its ability to support and develop Chwarae Teg’s D365 system in a competent way and also its ability to recommend enhancements and new solutions where directed. Chwarae Teg is looking for a solution which: Is easy to manage both commercially and operationally. Commercially o Providing Chwarae Teg with clear upfront pricing for any potential development work which allows accurate budgeting over the term of the Contract. o Is cost-effective both at the start of the Contract and as the service grows. o Gives up to date monthly information on the contract and remaining value. Operationally o The supplier acting as single point of contact for all of Chwarae Teg’s D365 maintenance, support and development requirements and management of third party providers. o Investigates and resolves maintenance and support issues quickly and efficiently in line with agreed timelines set out in the Maintenance and Support contract. o Completes any approved development work in line with agreed timescales and project plans (sometimes requiring out of normal business hours support). o Are flexible with respect to future requirements and service options. Chwarae Teg must not be limited in respect of additions or amendments to the solution except as provided in the contract. o Provides timely advice on advances of functionality and capabilities in the Dynamics CRM environment which could be beneficial to our Dynamics CRM system. o Provide support/training to CT staff members when requested to provide the organisation to be more self-efficient in the future.
