P26-0001: Cleaning Services, Edinburgh Office

Description

The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to deliver daily cleaning services within our office over 3 floors at Apex 1, 99 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, as set out below, to Scottish Enterprise. The service will include cleaning resource, cleaning materials and equipment and site consumables. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1 November 2025 and is anticipated to end on 31 October 2027. Following this period, Scottish Enterprise will have the option to extend the contract for up to a further 12 months, to 31 October 2028. The total value of the contract over the full 36-month period is anticipated to be in the region of between GBP110,000 and GBP150,000 (excluding VAT).
