The purpose of this contract is to establish a complete and accurate baseline of Clyde Valley Housing Association’s photovoltaic (PV) assets. This will ensure compliance, improve safety, and provide reliable data to support proactive maintenance, lifecycle planning, and future investment decisions. The appointed contractor will deliver a systematic survey and condition assessment, applying a clear RAG status and capturing all technical details required for informed asset management and sustainability planning. Lot 1: This is an award notice for a Framework Call-Off Contract for Scotland Excel Property Maintenance and Refurbishment (1821) framework agreement. This is a Direct Award Call Off from Scotland Excel framework Property Maintenance and Refurbishment (1821) Lot 11.. Scotland Excel (SXL) acted on behalf of Clyde Valley Housing Association in the execution of this procurement exercise but is not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime.
