North Northamptonshire Council Housing Roofing Renewals & Maintenance Contract

North Northamptonshire Council's ( here after referred to as 'The Council') Housing Maintenance & Development Services maintains c. 8,230 council owned dwellings across North Northamptonshire. The purpose of this contract would be to support the Council in major roof renewals and maintenance across the housing portfolio. While "in-house" trade operatives are used for minor roof repairs there has been little large-scale capital investment in roofing works for over a decade and as a result, the Council are starting to see an increase in the number of roofs failing the Decent Homes Standard. To deliver this capital investment at scale, Housing Maintenance & Development Services require a flexible measured-term contract, where such work can easily be draw down.
