Digital positioning and technology 1. Work closely with the Arts Council and Milestone Inventive in developing and delivering a digital marketing strategy for Culture Night. 2. Support and advise the Milestone Inventive team in any requirements around web coding, automation tools and content management systems for culturenight.ie 3. In partnership with Milestone Inventive, implement and add value to innovative campaigns and create a content strategy that will grow audiences and build awareness through the social media channels 4. Create an alignment with key stakeholders and awareness campaigns, such as by RTÉ, advertising and PR, Arts Council, Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media etc. Capacity building, marketing and development 5. Integrate the new brand strategy into all elements of Culture Night’s online activity. 6. Support local Culture Night coordinators to implement the new brand strategy online and provide expert guidance to build their capacities locally to grow audiences and build awareness. 7. Propose and deliver a selection of optimal marketing routes, display, native, email etc. 8. Ensure positive user experience by focussing on the target audience/s, what they need, value, range of interests etc.
