Description
This is a contract for the provision of Recruitment Agency Services, specifically the provision of Temporary Personnel (at grade equivalent CO, EO, HEO, AP) following public sector best practices. The organisation is in the process of implementing an ambitious Workforce Plan, increasing permanent and Fixed Term Contract headcount to support the business needs of the Arts Council. However, the Arts Council will have an ongoing requirement for the provision of temporary resources in exceptional circumstances to provide short-term support as and when required. : The Contracting Authority envisages that the minimum skillset and experience required for the proposed Temporary Personnel will align to the competencies as identified in the Public and Civil Service Competency Framework – see appendix 3. The Contracting Authority will provide specific role profiles detailing the requirements and competencies of the Temporary Personnel required.
