Refurbishment of a sports pavilion in North Northants - to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing sports pavilion to improve its functionalit, accessibility, energy efficiency and overall condition. Lot 1: Scope of works is expected to include (but may not be limited to): - internal refurbishment (flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, heating) - conversion of existing changing rooms to physio rooms. - accessibility improvements in line with current standards - electrical, mechanical and plumbing works including elements of design. - energy-efficient enhancements where feasible.
