Renfrewshire Council are looking to procure a construction contractor to progress the redevelopment of the former brown institute site into a garden space. The works will include reuse of materials from the former brown institute, the formation of stone seating, paving, and general landscaping. Works will be based on designs already prepared by landscape architects who have been comissioned to cover RIBA stages 3-4 and will be appointed to project manage on site through RIBA 5.
