PMI Electrical Contract

Description

The Authority intends to award a single contract for the provision of PMI Electrical Services for a term of one hundred and twenty (120) months (10 years). The Contract will include a twelve (12) month no‑fault break clause, exercisable at the Authority’s discretion. The indicative total contract value is £75,000,000 (Seventy‑Five Million Pounds), which equates to an estimated £7.5 million per annum, subject to demand and a zero‑volume guarantee. This contract covers the full scope of electrical cyclical testing, maintenance, servicing, associated remedial works, upgrades and compliance activities across residential properties and communal buildings.
