Request for Tender for SETU Institutional Repository

Description

SETU is seeking tender submissions from service providers for the supply of a Hosted Solution for an Institutional Repository to Archive and Disseminate Research Outputs for SETU. The contract will initially be offered for 12 months with the option to extend same by 2 X 12-month extensions. The Institutional Repository solution should provide the following: • Publications management including full metadata records, submission and approval functionality, hosting of full text content • A public interface to access SETU publications, with options for organisation and presentation of different content, and automated export to specific national and international repositories • Full administrative controls of processes, access and metadata. The Repository should be a cloud-based hosted solution. It must be compliant with OpenAIRE 4.0 guidelines. It must be interoperable with SETU’s mandatory CRIS system – PURE. Migration from an existing legacy ePrints repository and full implementation, set-up and rollout of new repository is required. The solution must provide a fully hosted, cloud-based Institutional Repository for archiving and disseminating SETU's research outputs, including journal articles, conference papers, theses, datasets, reports, and other scholarly content. It must include full-text hosting, rich metadata management, a public discovery interface, and comprehensive administrative control
