Supply of Passive Deployable Offline Information Systems for FM/TV/GSM Ingestion and Automated Transcription, Translation, and Summarisation

Unite Procurement UK Limited, part of Unite Holding SE, acting on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the provision of passive, deployable, offline information systems capable of ingesting non internet communication feeds including FM, TV, and GSM, and delivering automated transcription, translation, and summarisation. These systems will enable deployed Information Operations personnel to rapidly comprehend emerging operational narratives. The Unite Procurement Platform provides a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector bodies procuring low value, high volume goods and services. We are seeking suppliers able to provide: • Two passive, deployable, offline information systems meeting the capability requirements outlined above • Full technical support, deployment support, and operator training • Personnel holding appropriate UK Government security clearances, including SC, DV, or EDV as required Key Requirements • Supply of new passive deployable information systems able to ingest FM, TV, and GSM communications without internet dependency • Automated transcription, translation, and summarisation capabilities • Ability to provide full support and training with staff holding the required UK Government security clearances • Delivery and setup at multiple UK locations as needed • Compliance with all relevant UK and EU safety, data handling, and environmental regulations • Willingness to transact through the Unite Procurement Platform How to Apply Suppliers should register their interest with Unite Procurement UK Limited and provide details of system capabilities, support and training provision, and evidence of staff security clearances. Further onboarding information for the Unite Procurement Platform will be provided upon expression of interest. Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier. Multiple suppliers may be onboarded to ensure diversity, competition, and flexibility in meeting Ministry of Defence requirements. Suppliers are encouraged to respond before the closing date for early consideration; however, applications to join the platform may be accepted after the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard suppliers on a rolling basis to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier base.
