PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE AND NOT AN INVITATION TO TENDER. Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified Contractors for the delivery of property related works to supplement its in-house Direct Labour Organisation. Carmarthenshire County Council is commissioning a new Property Works Framework to provide property maintenance, disabled adaptations, building improvements, mechanical, electrical, and other associated works required for its housing and non-housing property portfolio. However, at this stage, the arrangement and lotting structures are still under development and may be subject to change. Final details will be published in the tender documentation, together with details of any lotting restrictions, Community Benefits requirements and measures relating to the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act. Lot 1: Housing Property Maintenance The Framework will include value-banded and geographical/regional lots for Housing Property Maintenance.
