Description
The contract consists in the migration of the current SAP ECC ‘HPE’ finance system in SAP S/4 HANA. The digitalisation of the finance function within the Encevo Group, will be supported by different ‘pillars’ which will have to be implemented in the new S/4 system together with the migration of the current HPE finance system: • new operating chart of accounts; • new management accounting structures; • improvement of the P2P function; • improvement of the fast-close processes. It has been decided to start with the HPE finance system, for the following reasons: • the SAP ERP HPE is a central component of the Encevo Group ERP landscape; • most of the sales companies are hosted in HPE; • the Treasury Management System (SAP centric) is hosted on HPE; • most of the billing systems (ISU and external) are interfaced with HPE; • in term of SAP modules footprint, HPE is not the most complex ERP to migrate.
