Provision of AV Recording, Live Streaming of the Citizens’ Assembly and associated services

The Citizens’ Assembly is seeking AV Recording, Live Streaming and associated services for 2 Citizens’ Assemblies which will run concurrently as follows: • a Citizens’ Assembly on Biodiversity (Assembly A) comprising 100 members randomly-selected to be representative of the Irish population • a Citizens’ Assembly to consider the type of directly elected mayor and local government structures best suited for Dublin (Assembly B) which will comprise members from the Dublin region. This will be a smaller Assembly; the total number is yet to be finalised. The dates of the weekend meetings have not yet been confirmed but as a guide, the meetings will be scheduled along the following lines: • Assembly A: 4 two-day meetings (Saturday and Sunday) between mid-May and November (excl. July & August); • Assembly B: 3 two-day meetings (Saturday and Sunday) between end-April and end-June. There will be a joint Inaugural meeting of the Assemblies which we expect will take place on the afternoon of Saturday 9th April in St. Patrick’s Hall in Dublin Castle. The full list of services required is indicated in Appendix 1 of this Request for Tender. Tenderers must include all costs in the Pricing Schedule at Appendix 2. Please refer to the check list at the back of this RFT to ensure that you have included all the information requested. The deadline for submission of tenders on etenders.gov.ie is 2pm on Thursday 24th February 2022.
