Description

The requirement is for the provision of Technical support services for the Shared Island Dialogue series of events for the Shared Island Unit of the Department of the Taoiseach to comprise Audio Visual recording, Video Editing and Live Streaming of Shared Island Events, to incorporate location filming of one-to-one interviews to be published on Social Media platforms. Each event will require a site visit in advance and require a minimum half-day set-up. Events will typically last approximately four hours and host an audience of up to 200. The contractor will be expected to be in a position to supply all raw recording of the dialogue within 48 hours after the event and work on the highlights videos to begin straight after the event.
