Description

The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) lays water and sewage pipelines in Oslo's streets. This includes both new pipelines and renovating old pipelines. Avdelingen for teknisk beredskap (ATB) needs to prepare barrier plans/digging notifications and establish necessary safety and signage in connect with work in for example streets and roads, as well as setting up and collecting of amongst other things, signs and other relevant markings. The framework agreement shall also be able to be used by other departments within the authorities. VAV has a need for the following: a) Preparation of notification plans and proposals for securing the site. Facilitating, site surveys and engineering design services. b) Setting up and taking down signs and barriers in accordance with the notification plans, as well as manual traffic flow. c) Inspection and maintenance of large signs and barriers. d) Hire of signs and barriers. It is a prerequisite that the chosen tenderer has a 24 hour duty service with a stand-by telephone and can assist VAV in acute events 24 hours a day year round.
