The requirement is for one (1) new long-wheelbase minibus, diesel or hybrid, with low mileage (new or unregistered), to be supplied and converted to accommodate a driver and up to 13 passengers, including at least two wheelchair positions in Cork city. The base vehicle and conversion must comply with all Irish Road Traffic, RSA and NSAI standards and be fully certified before delivery
