Sykehusbygg HF shall procure a tool for access to and making BIM models and digital drawings, etc., available on standard hand-held units, PCs and BIM kiosks. Sykehusbygg intends to enter into a contract with Rendra AS for the delivery of the software StreamBIM. The ex-ante voluntary notice is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §21-5, cf. § 13-4. A contract will be signed 9.1.2019 at the earliest. Sykehusbygg's projects are carried out as BIM projects and the ambition is to restrict the drawing production from designers in all phases. Everything that is to be built shall have a model, and as much communication as possible in the projects is to be connected to the BIM models. The projects must allow for efficient digital interaction in real time, both in the engineering design and construction phases, independently of whether you are at the construction site or in the office, on a PC, tablet or mobile, and independently of operative system on the unit you are working on. Interaction formats in the project are buildingSMART, IFC and BCF standards. Sykehusbygg HF will procure a tool for access to and making BIM models and digital drawings, etc., available on standard hand-held units, PCs and BIM kiosks. The tool could also be used to set-up and follow-up cases and document execution. Sykehusbygg intends to enter into a contract with Rendra AS for the delivery of the software StreamBIM. The ex-ante voluntary notice is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §21-5, cf. § 13-4. A contract will be signed 9.1.2019 at the earliest. The software will first be used for the detailed phase for the New Hospital in Drammen (NSD). The Contracting Authority also has an option for using the software further in the execution stage of this project and for all stages in the following projects: — a new clinic building and proton centre at the Norwegian Radium Hospital (RA(NSA), — the extension of Oslo University Hospital at Gaustad (NSG), — the Regional security department (RSA). Furthermore, the contracting has an option for using the software at other projects initiated by Sykehusbygg HF in the same period as the 5 above listed concrete assignments are executed (New hospital Drammen and the 4 projects where use of StreamBim is an option right).
